Crosshair help

Bullseyecrosshairs.com has all your HL crosshair needs, just for those who didn't know.

EDIT: If you have trouble aiming with any given one of the crosshairs in this game, just do what I do and use a single high accuracy hair for them all. Works for me! Like I said, get it at bullseyecrosshairs.com.

Keep in mind that as of FA 2.6 most crosshair packs wont work, so the single hair is all I know to suggest.

i have several from there. One is just the big sniper scope thing circle with a dot in the middle of it.

Out of curiosity... as this was being debated back and forth between myself and a few of the Grr's a few nights ago...

Can you take the crosshair (i.e. from the svd or m79) and put it in place of the one for the g36e? Or will that pretty much screw your game up completely?

it shouldn't
the crosshair is just a sprite in the middle of the screen, it doesn't move but the screen moves behind it.
So using a SVD crosshair for...say...the 1911 wouldn't do anything, but would it 'feel' weird

Hmm. I meant if there was a way to get the dedicated scope (with zooming ability) put onto the g36e.

You can. Rename the file and it should work. Maybe not for the M82 though. I have seen people change the confusing XHair for the SVD with the nice, simple one that the SSG has.

You can't because that is in the coding, not just a sprite.
