Doesnt say anything about fixing HORRENDOUS DOOM LAG OF DEATH!!!! Doesnt matter, I dont care anymore, I have Elderscrolls Oblivion and that game is proving to be a suitable repacement for the crappiness that is real life.

I thought about getting that game. I really liked the first one. I just wish there was a multiplayer for it.

Ironically Oblivion is buggier than BF2 (is crashes to desktop quite often) and requires a computer that doesnt exist to run at max settings, but the gameplay and graphics are just so... mindblowing that its almost ok.

I patched and entered many times the correct acct name and pass and after 30 seconds got popup saying "server access denied".
Do no use it until we see if it's not just my problem.

This patch is a good patch, and is available in our "downloads" section. I read your post, and I am sory to say that I am totally confused. If you used the bf21.exe trick, you may run into problems. No matter what, the patch is good.

Thanks for taking the time to check out my problem i feared might be a prob for many others.
After few hrs of searching ea and various sites, where i found similar complaints with no answers ...
I posted my results here, and EA forums and Amish forums to warn people of possible problems. Out of good will.
But while I was in outhouse wiring up the bomb, TigerHawk retried my pc bf2 acct access and got in. I had previously tried carefully a number of times slowly to be sure before I entered data correctly so I suspect their acct server acceptor was overloaded for awhile. So it works now. I'll post performance results when I get a chance ofcourse.
I'll update EA and Amish forums now so others know they are likely safe to go ahead and try the patch but realize if ea acct servers busy or down fro mwhatever, you can't play.
So I reiterize my opinion that EA should lose the worldwide acct verifications and stats, leaving that to individual servers, which in past with previous games had much less problems. This would help generate more cutomer satidfaction and more sales.

no, that computer exists. its actually sitting right infront of me... and a little to the right. and the pkm is still a highly mobile rail gun... just not to the point that it was before.
